My system was installed 6 months ago and has worked flawlessly since then. Power outage backup works seamlessly, and the only way you know there is an outage is in the app or if the power company sends a text. Outages that would have been a huge pain to deal with become a non-event. Really happy with my system and really impressed with the product experience.
