One of the best things about the product is just being able to store my solar power and use energy during peak load times. I tend to sleep early (around 9 p.m.), and I didn't like turning on my dishwasher or clothes washer before bed since I know it would be on during peak rates and I'd see a massive energy bill. Now I have a lot more convenience to get my errands done around the house while saving money!

We installed the Lunar System during the summer months, and our energy bill dropped significantly within the first billing cycle. The Lunar App is fantastic - great design. There is a good amount of data processing that goes on in the backend; however, for the users, the app is intuitive and really self-explanatory.

We're beyond happy with our new Lunar System! There were a lot of batteries to choose from - we chose Lunar because they're based in California, and the system seems to have the best app. It also offered us the most capacity for the amount of available space where it was installed. We haven't had a power outage since it was installed, but the installer was able to turn the utility power off to mimic an outage, and we ran our biggest appliances from the battery.

The Lunar system rocks. What I like most is that it does exactly what I need, and I don't even have to think about it. The system is sleek (it's not a boring box), silent (it's not a noisy generator), and seamless (as in it just works. We don't have to do anything). With 20kWh of energy, our home stayed fully powered during the most recent storm, and that put as big a smile on my family's face as the dessert we could see without using flashlights. It's a sweet, sweet system.

My system was installed 6 months ago and has worked flawlessly since then. Power outage backup works seamlessly, and the only way you know there is an outage is in the app or if the power company sends a text. Outages that would have been a huge pain to deal with become a non-event. Really happy with my system and really impressed with the product experience.
