Will the system really cover my home in an outage?

How do I set battery reserve?

‍I treat reserve as how much of my battery I want “in play.” If outages are rare, I keep it lower to chase savings. If I’m worried about a longer blackout, I bump it up. 

Is joining a VPP a hassle?
